Apartment Pet Fees & Deposits

Monthly Pet Rent
Caring for pets in an apartment community comes with unique needs, from maintaining clean shared spaces to offering pet-friendly features. At The Waycroft, pet rent is $45 per month per pet. This monthly fee supports the upkeep of amenities designed to make life more enjoyable for you and your pets, ensuring a welcoming environment throughout your stay.
Non-Refundable Pet Fees
We understand the excitement of moving into a new apartment with your pets, and we want to make the transition as smooth as possible. Upon move-in, there is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $500. This fee helps cover the initial setup and maintenance of our pet-friendly accommodations, giving you and your pets the best start in your new home.
Pets Accepted
At The Waycroft, we celebrate the joy pets bring our residents’ lives. Whether you’re a proud cat or dog owner or have a penchant for smaller, non-traditional pets, we aim to provide a welcoming environment for you and your furry, feathered, or scaly friends. Our pet policy is designed with transparency and care to ensure that every pet owner feels at home.
Breed or Size-Specific Limitations
We happily welcome cats and dogs to The Waycroft, with a maximum of two pets per household. To maintain a safe and harmonious community for all, dogs must not exceed a weight limit of 75 lbs. Additionally, in line with industry best practices, certain dog breeds are restricted due to safety considerations. The following breeds are not permitted: Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, or Chow, including any mixed breeds with these lineages.
However, we are committed to inclusivity, and assistance animals are always exempt from these restrictions in compliance with federal regulations.
Non-Traditional Pets You Can Own
Your love for pets doesn’t have to stop at cats and dogs! The Waycroft is proud to welcome a variety of non-traditional pets, including:

- Non-poisonous frogs
